How to use

從手指背開始 - 使用黑面貉子毛，由指關節到指甲刷 3-4 次。由指缝到手腕刷3-4 次。

使用整個刷尖（手掌側）從手腕根部向前臂刷 5 次。

使用搖擺動作（手掌側）刺激並按壓每個手指根部 5 秒鐘。

通過搖動（手掌側）刺激並按壓手掌中心 10 秒鐘。


使用棕色頭髮（掌側）從手掌中心向外側打圈刷。

將手分為 3 個區域，用整個刷尖（掌側）從手腕到指尖每個區域刷 3 次。
