Successfully paid orders will be shipped within 48 hours after receiving the confirmation email, except public holidays and weekends. All orders are shipped from Hong Kong via SF Express.
  • For Hong Kong: Free shipping for orders over HKD$500 in Hong Kong, HKD$35 for less
  • For Macau: Free shipping for orders over HKD$700 in Hong Kong, HKD$65 for less
成功支付之訂單將在收到確認郵件後 72小時內發貨, 公共假期和周末除外。所有訂單均以順豐快遞從香港發貨。
  • 香港朋友消費滿HKD$500 即享免運費優惠，未滿需付運費HKD$35

換貨安排及細則
We are happy to process an exchange within 7 days of receipt, please reach out to us with your order number, provided that:
      1. Products related to quality issues.
      2. Actual received product does not match with the product ordered.  And items must be unused with original packaging intact. 

      我們很樂意在收貨後七天內處理換貨，請與我們聯絡並提供您的訂單號，前提是：

          1. 涉及質量問題的產品。
          2. 實際收到的產品與訂購產品不符。並且產品必須未經使用，且原包裝完好無損。
